Over the years Esquire Entertainment Inc. has developed relationships with many companies and people whom have all helped us to improve the brand. As a result we have decided to partner with some of them to create benefits through the loyalty card to YOU. Of course the first one we must mention is Wine World, who have many locations in the island of Barbados.

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions (including our Privacy Policy) govern the Loyalty Programme and set out the terms of contract between Esquire Entertainment Inc. (“Esquire”, “us” or “we”) and you, the Cardholder relating to your possession and/or use of the Esquire Signature Card (“Loyalty Card”). Upon your collection or receipt of the Loyalty Card, you are eligible to join the Loyalty/Discount Programme. If you apply to register with us, you accept these terms and conditions. We may refuse an application to join the Loyalty Programme for any reason within our sole discretion including (but not limited to) risk of reputational damage to us, any reasonable suspicion of previous criminal activity or civil liability including misrepresentation, passing off or any previous history of verbal or physical abuse to Esquire’s staff, representatives or agents.
  1. To register for the Loyalty Programme you will need to complete the application form and register on our website at www.weareesquire.com. A Loyalty Account will be created in your name. You must be 18 years of age or over to join the Loyalty/Discount Programme.
  1. Your Esquire Signature Card is issued to you but remains the property of Esquire. You must return your Loyalty Card to us on request or destroy it if we so reasonably request. You are responsible for the security of your Loyalty Card and security and/or personal details relating to your Loyalty Account. You should not lend to or share your Loyalty Card with anyone. If you lose your Loyalty Card or think an unauthorised person has use or possession of your Loyalty Card you should promptly notify Esquire via the website www.weareesquire.com or by email to info@weareesquire.com.
  1. Your Loyalty Card ensures priority to reserve tickets to any Esquire events and to receive discounts, offers and benefits with participating partners and businesses subject to the terms and conditions of the third party.
  1. The Loyalty Card gives you the option, but not the obligation, to purchase any product or service and receive a discount. You must present your Loyalty Card before paying for the product and service in order to be eligible for the discount offered.
  1. Your Loyalty Card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
  1. The Loyalty Programme is only for consumer use. The Loyalty Card is strictly personal and can only be used by private persons. The Loyalty Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes.
  1. If you materially breach these terms, and where such breach can be remedied, if you do not remedy the breach within 30 days of a written notice of the breach from Esquire or if Esquire reasonably believes that you have breached these terms and/or abused the Loyalty Programme, your Loyalty Card may be terminated. Esquire reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where a Loyalty Cardholder is found to have abused the Loyalty Programme.
  1. In addition to the above, Esquire reserves the right to (i) stop issuing Loyalty Cards at any time if we decide to terminate the Loyalty Programme; (ii) to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Loyalty Card and/or the Loyalty Programme by publishing notices on our website www.weareesquire.com; and/or (iii) withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Card and/or Loyalty Account on reasonable notice to you by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website at www.weareesquire.com.
  1. Our Privacy Policy relating to this Loyalty Programme (which can be accessed at www.weareesquire.com sets out the information that we will collect about you, how we use the information and whom it may be shared with including, but not limited to, details of the promotional information that we hope to provide.
  1. We will retain your personal information for as long as you are a Loyalty Card holder. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@weareesquire.com.
  1. The Loyalty Programme is operated and promoted by Esquire Entertainment Inc., No. 14 Rowans, St. George, Barbados.
  1. The terms and conditions of this contract are governed strictly by the laws of Barbados.
